Spatial Data

Through its business relationships with National, State, Local and private data agencies, Geomatic Technologies (GT) has established a strong network from which to source and license relevant data for a diverse range of customers. Furthermore GT has the capacity and experience in the capture of geographically based data, for example utility asset information, road centrelines as well as the verification of street address data. Whether your organisation is seeking data for a specific project or to use in the management of its on-going business, GT are able to assist in the provision of vector based National, State and Local digital datasets.

National datasets are generally small in scale (e.g. 1:1,000,000 or 1:10,000,000) and include data such as township locations, major road infrastructure centrelines and elevation mapping.

State based datasets generally provide more detailed larger scale mapping (e.g. 1:25,000 or 1:10,000) and include data such as property boundaries (and associated text based data), street centrelines, hydrology and contours.
